MyGuide by MPower Me 10.5

Create custom content for detailed step-by-step guides or simple checklists that can be accessed on a mobile device by selected MyGuide users. Users have the ability to securely share information regarding their MyGuide usage and responses with other chosen users in real-time, completed reports, and custom notifications. Originally designed to reduce or replace human prompting, facilitate self-expression, and empower caregivers and educators to supervise MyGuide activities and communications remotely, MyGuide is utilized by families, professionals, schools, and institutions.

Guides

MyGuide presents digital guides, or lessons, to guide and prompt users through activities, thought processes, and experiences. Each guide consists of one or multiple pages that can be tailored with various plugins including Text, Images, Questions, Slideshow, Audio files, Response Options, or a Timer. These plugins can be combined to personalize content and backgrounds based on the user’s requirements.

• Text: Add text to any guide with options for size, font, and color.
• Choices: Create questions or prompts with response options that users can select during guide playback.
• Image: Incorporate images from the device with customizable settings like color filter and alignment.
• Slideshow: Display multiple images with adjustable duration and fit settings.
• Timer: Include a timer on guide pages with customizable settings like duration and appearance.
• Audio: Add audio files with settings for play indicators and looping options.
• Color: Select up to 3 background colors with gradient options.
• List View: Arrange multiple plugins in a scrolling list format.
• Grid View: Organize multiple plugins in a scrolling grid structure.

Guides are distributed securely to authorized users. Users interact with guides by swiping, tapping, or using voice commands depending on the device capabilities. Utilization data and selected response options are shareable among users with appropriate permissions.

Shelves

Shelves function as virtual bookshelves in a library to visually categorize guides accessible to the user. Users can invite others to their MyGuide shelves and any organizational library shelves they have permission to share. MyGuide provides various sharing permissions that enable collaborative guide creation and editing, as well as monitoring reports including push notifications and utilization logs:

• Edit Shelf permissions such as description, color, font, and icon adjustment.
• Create guides collaboratively within shared shelves.
• Manage members within your shelf granting different permissions.
• Easy restoration of deleted guides via each Shelf's trash can feature.
• Effortlessly copy and paste guides across shelves.
• Set a shelf to Focus Mode directing users straight to the relevant guides upon tapping.
